Life’s good. If you keep on comparing yourself with others, you will never be satisfied. Seeing how successful they can be juggling activities and yet piaing last min and still do well; seeing those that can easily built rapport with others, that draws much attention and lead due to their extrovert nature; with those that have it all – prom queen, good looks, high-flyers that naturally attract people to them. And those that are thoughtful, introverted and yet beautiful in their own ways. But hey, life’s good for me. I am satisfied in Him. Was mentioning to Samuel, Doreen and Andrea, that if God did not put me in AJ and even NTU for that matter, I would not develop to who I am today. AJ for one, is a mugger sch no doubt. And yes, I’m not afraid to say that I fitted in. But I’m not an extreme mugger in that sense. But I was contended in my comfort zone and yet, the friends I made – Su Wen, Isabel, Weini, Juan, Shi Ming, Zhen Hui, Jason, Jiling, Siew Kee… taught me a lot. They taught me to see life one of hard work, and how they triumphant in single-child families, to learn to be responsible, patient, independent and strive for the interest of the community (almost all our class had a Platinium for community service), to enjoy yet, the simple pleasures in life. I am really appreciative of them! :)
And now in NTU, really, must say God answers prayers! The crusade camp was so essential for me to find good friends that believe it or not, I cried to God for a few nights for that request. And then after for my hall camp and friends in Accountancy course. During the period of 6 months of no school, I think God taught me a lot. Fear definitely sets in when your direction in life seems blur and unclear. And some more throw in the idea of going for interviews and relationship issues. It leads to stress and even more stress. But God is faithful! Had so much connections within my group of girls, Izzy too..haha.. anyway yeah, we could definitely click :) and still in good contact J hahaha..
Haha.. just came back from dinner, don’t feel like writing just yet. Maybe later, maybe not. Talk to me :) hahaha..
